Because our beef comes from individual animals and is hand-cut by our processor, cut sizes and package weights may vary slightly from box to box. Any weights listed are approximate and may vary due to the natural differences in the size and weight of individul cuts.
We do our best to keep every Beef Box as close as possible to the listed contents and overall value. Because availability of individual cuts can vary, a comparable cut of equal value may occationally be substituted when necessary.
All beef is sold frozen and vacuum-sealed unless otherwise noted. Beef Boxes are offered in limited quantities and are subject to current inventory and availability.
